Successful IVF since the first-time treatment

    This case was successful by using IVF, ICSI method and also having NGS Chromosome Test, be able to collect 21 eggs after the stimulation but found 17 matured eggs.  The sperms were in good condition, injected to oocyte and got 16 embryo culture, only 3 embryos were developed to blastocyst, age of 5-6 days.  They have NGS Chromosome Testing of blastocysts and only 1 blastocyst was perfect.  After blastocyst culture, the next procedure is endometrial preparation by using natural hormones before transferring the embryo to the uterus.

    As a result, the patient was pregnant successfully since the first transfer, the embryo was in good condition and very healthy. The important factor apart from the number of eggs retrieves and the number of embryos is the quality of the embryo. If the embryo is healthy, it assists the high pregnancy rates and lower miscarriage rates.
